Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a Full Refund or Credit Note. Please review the return policy below for detailed instructions and conditions.

RETURNS

We accept returns within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
Include your proof of purchase and order number inside the package.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and emailing or SMS-ing the tracking details to our support team.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll begin processing your refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds typically reflect on your account within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Note: Colored items may vary slightly from images due to hand-finishing. Minor differences are natural in handcrafted products.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Colour Idol
  • Custom Made Statues

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
