Shipping and Delivery policy: 
Most of the products are made to order and may require a 7- 10 days other than the ones in stock. This is because we manufacture products with the help of local artisans. We have a great network of shipping partners like Delhivery in India and DHL, FEDEX, BLUEDART and USPS for international couriers. Once the product is shipped we notify our client on email by sharing the tracking/AWB bill of the consignment.
 
Please note: Our products usually reach our customers within 3-4 working days in India and internationally 5-7 days depending on customs clearance. Sometimes it can take longer due to unavoidable circumstances. You can always track the packages by using the tracking IDs or links that we provide on your registered email address.

The exchange request should be lodged within 7 days after delivery. The exchange will take place only if there is an uncut/non-edited package opening video.

2. COD orders also qualify for free shipping in India.

3. COD orders can only be accepted up to INR 2000/-

4. Incomplete or wrong address and phone number will result in the shipment being returned to us. Customers will have to bear the cost of both the return and reshipping charges.

5. International Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

6. For international shipping to USA customers, there is no customs or import duty in their country.

7. International shipping to Canada, UK, Europe and other countries - customers are responsible for VAT/GST and customs duty.
