The Divine Departure of Lord Rama

He returned to his divine abode, or Vaikuntha, when he wished through a sacred process. Lord Rama took the Jal Samadhi. It is a process where he departed from this world with his own wish by submerging into the water. Lord Vishnu took Lord Ram's avatar and came to earth for a purpose.
