Chiranjeevis Guarding Dharma Across Yugas

Through the Hindu scriptures, devotees have come to know about the four yugas- Satya, Treta, Dwapar, and Kalyug. Today, we live in Kalyug, and the whole scenario has now changed. With every passing yuga, we have witnessed a decline in the values. Especially in Kalyug, people have forgotten to live life with the right morals and spirituality.

Through the Hindu holy books, the devotees have learned that Kalki will appear at the end of Kalyug. It will be another Avatar of Lord Vishnu, which will restore Dharma on earth again. To make this easy for Kalki, the Chiranjeevis will be helping him. Chiranjeevis are the ones who are there on earth and have been here for all yugas. Chiranjeevi will work as the bridge and will help Lord Kalki in restoring the dharma.

Who Are the Chiranjeevis?

There are seven Chiranjeevis. The Chiranjeevis are the immortals who have witnessed all the yugas. The names of these Chiranjeevis are-

  1. Ashwatthama
  2. Mahabali
  3. Vibhishana
  4. Hanuman
  5. Kripacharya
  6. Parashurama
  7. Ved Vyasa

As these are the immortals, they have a responsibility to them. Their presence on earth through all the yugas will work as the bridge for Lord Kalki when he appears to restore Dharma at the end of the Kalyug. Each of them is here to guide humanity.

Why Dharma Needs a Bridge?

Lord Kalki will appear on Earth to restore Dharma and once again reset the cycle of Earth. Once he appears, he will destroy the wrong things happening on earth. However, to restore Dharma, not only is destruction important. So, dharma cannot survive only on destruction. This is why Chiranjeevi will work as an anchor and as a bridge. Their work is to preserve the spiritual teachings.

Furthermore, their presence on earth before the arrival of Kalki will make sure that humanity still exists. These Immortals or Chiranjeevis are responsible for passing on the mantras, making sure that people still remember the Hindu holy books and live with devotion and spirituality.

Hanuman

Lord Hanuman is one of the most worshipped Gods of Hinduism. He is worshipped by devotees to gain strength, devotion, and courage in life. Even in Kalyug, he is worshipped with full devotion. Hanuman Ji is present even in Kalyug, and those who offer prayers to him every day are able to witness the magical changes in their lives.

In most Indian homes, individuals place the brass Hanuman idol big size in their temple or sacred section. His presence at any space fills it with devotion and divine energy.

Parashurama

Parshuram is one of the most famous Chiranjeevis or Immortals of Hinduism. He is known for his anger for restoring the dharma and for his righteousness. It is also said that Parashuram reflects the energy of Lord Shiva. Individuals also place the Lord Shiva Idol for Home in their homes and offices. The presence of the Shiva idol fills the home with his divine energy.

Vibhishana and Mahabali

Other immortals are Vibhishana and Mahabali. King Bali is a powerful king, and he was blessed by God himself. Vibhishana was born in the family of Raavan, but was still a devotee of Lord Ram.

Those who want to invite the blessings of God to their space must place the Lord Vishnu Brass Idol. Both Lord Krishna and Lord Ram are the avatars of Vishnu Ji. So, the presence of Vishnu idols will open doors to their blessings.
